The ACA certifications allowed me to realize my dream of becoming a yacht designer. As a senior, Photoshop ACA helped me to be admitted to the College for Creative Studies for Transportation Design and MDC Honors College for Mechanical Engineering. The Dreamweaver ACA has permitted me to create eCommerce websites by working as a web developer. In the future, these certifications will allow me to obtain entry-level job positions as a Naval Architect.

I obtained my ACA certifications in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign during my last semester of high school in North Carolina. The following fall, I moved to New York City to attend a prestigious fashion school. As the lead graphic designer I have had the opportunity to make designs and websites for dozens of high caliber clients from places like Sweden and very well known local businesses.
I would definitely recommend obtaining your ACA certification if you’re computer literate at all. Even if you’re not going to get a degree pertaining to graphic design or web development, it is still very useful to be able to use the Adobe software suite, as it is the industry standard. Everyone is impressed at competence with Adobe products, even if the job doesn’t call for it.
